Its AI, Emma, reads the documents a client already has — a 1040, a brokerage statement, meeting notes — builds one clean record, fills custodian forms and firm paperwork from it, and syncs Wealthbox and Redtail. Because every form fills from a single source record, the mismatches that cause NIGO (Not In Good Order) rejections never get introduced, and firms using Finpace submit at under a 5% NIGO rate. Founded in 2020 by former financial advisor Forrest Tuten and based in Knoxville, TN, Finpace is live in production today.

Forrest Tuten is a former financial advisor who built Finpace to kill the part of the job he hated most: retyping the same client data across form after form, then watching packets bounce as NIGO over a single mismatched field. Based in Knoxville, TN, he leads Finpace's mission to give advisory teams their time back by letting Emma do the paperwork.
